Emotional Intelligence 2.0 is a scientific approach to leadership development

The EQ-i 2.0 is a psychometric assessment which measures emotional intelligence (EI) and how it can impact people and the workplace. EQ-i 2.0 is a Level B assessment which means it can only be given by a certified administrator.

The Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Series includes six program modules, breakout groups, and case studies between sessions where indicated. Goal setting, cross-functional team building exercises and issue analysis sessions can also be incorporated. The final design of the program would follow a discovery meeting with the engagement sponsor. This program can be run virtually or in-person. One-on-one individual executive coaching can also be incorporated as indicated.
