The Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Series
Emotional intelligence is the cornerstone of effective leadership. The Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Series takes emotional intelligence to the next level. The series includes up to six program modules with breakout groups and case studies designed to support your business strategy and address your unique challenges. We utilize goal setting, cross-functional team building exercises, case studies and issue analysis to challenge the team to think boldly and with a growth mindset. Our leadership training incorporates relevant case studies during and between modules to ensure that the team is creating impact and applying the learning.
